I am really excited to share some breaking news with the Souzapalooza Blog readers today.
As many readers know, I have developed a crush on the Red Barn Bakery. Their apple galette is amazing, the chocolate chip cookies are mouth-watering, and the breakfast cookie has become a weekly treat not only for me, but for a few of my co-workers who have begun asking me to pick some up on my way to the office (Thank goodness the bakery is close to the train or I would never get to work on time!)
Anyway, after talking with Randell Dodge, the bakery’s proprietor and culinary goddess, and sharing my post on my adoration for her apple galette, I am pleased to announce that I have developed a blog for the Red Barn Bakery. The blog contains all pertinent information about the business including location, contact information, product listings, where to find the products (other than their Irvington, NY location), and will contain regular posts from me about what seasonal delicacies are fresh from their ovens.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to help Randell showcase her products and raise awareness about the organic delicacies she is baking in her Irvington based shop to both wholesale and retail customers. You can find the red barn bakery blog at http://redbarnbakeryny.wordpress.com Make sure you subscribe so you can keep up with what Randell and the team are cooking up each week!
For those in the Westchester County area, Red Barn Bakery will be at Stone Barns Farm Market in Potanico Hills this weekend, Friday – Sunday 1pm – 4pm
